Encouraging Growth Progress On Brassidium Orchid

My Brassidium, which is a Brsdm. Fantastic Bob Henley 'kalapana', that I have had since July of last summer, has been developing two growths since around New Years. One is growing at a fast rate (pictured) and the other is hiding behind dead leaves. Hopefully i will have two beautiful flower spikes this year like i did last year. Here is the large growth:
